A personal case study in dressing with intention. Because the best place to start is your own wardrobe.

As a designer, stylist and wardrobe auditor, I've spent years helping others get dressed with confidence. This project turns the spotlight on myself.

Two things you should know: I wear compression socks daily for a medical condition and I am a premature silver fox. I have body hang-ups like every other woman on the planet. Which is exactly why I know this works.

The approach is straightforward. Every item should be sharp, intentional and cohesive. Highlight what you love, work around what you don't. Layer accessories to bring an outfit to life. Comfort is queen. And have fun with colour.

For me, vintage jewellery and a Stella McCartney Falabella bag do the heavy lifting. Investment pieces that make everything else feel considered.

Style is a reflection of personality and how you move through the world. A wardrobe audit or a shopping trip with Lisa will unearth a whole new version of you. One that was there all along.
